From there, you can update general details like your name and address on your own. However, changing your registered mobile number is a different process — for security reasons, it cannot be done directly from the page. To change your mobile number, send a request to support@betkin.net with both your old and new numbers. Once your identity is verified, the update will be completed within 24–48 hours. Keep in mind that your payment number and registered number must match — otherwise you may run into issues with withdrawals.
